Strip! Strip! Hooray!!!

One minute I'm helping (watching) my friends make ceviche and resting after a long day of fun adventures, the next minute I'm on the phone winning 2 tickets to see Dita Von Teese's much anticipated burlesque show Strip!Strip! Hooray! @ the Roxy! 

No doubt I was over the moon and wasted no time finding an awesome friend to attend this night of gloriousness with me.

The red lighting set the mood perfectly. The crowd was a nice mix of people. Eclectic! Lotsa babes too.

Murray Hill was the Emcee, SHOWBIZ! I liked his interaction with the crowd and performers between sets. There was a dance off with people from the audience. Murray gave the winner a signed head shot...of himself LOL

I can't remember this lady's name but she was delightful and from Russia! (Lotta? Idk)

Her set had a pot theme (peep the fan!) and she ended the number with a sultry strut down the runway sporting a 'Legalize It' sign ♥

Summer days

Dontcha just LOVE Bob Dylan?

What a fabulous summer weekend I had! Gabe and I were lucky enough to be surrounded by pleasantry all 3 days.

Friday night we went to a Purple Rain party. Puah & I played beer pong (she won, I suck), people dressed up, & I can't wait to see her again soon ♥

On Satuday, we went bike riding with my little sister and Nala.


My precious lil monster melts my heart.


Later that night my good friends Felissa & Goretti joined my Pops, Gabe, my little sister Sophie, littlest brother Jack, & I to a night out on the town.
Dinner & a movie.


We saw Dinner for Schmucks because I still have a crush on Paul Rudd from when he played Cher's geeky older "brother" in Clueless (15yrs ago!!)


Sunday we spent the evening with Papa and the kids. Just good ole hang time. Long overdue.

Random but....When it starts to get chilly I want to put these babies on my feet.

Summer lovin ♥

Excuse my absense, I've been out, enjoying the summer. Basking in the sensastion of the sun beating on my skin.
Sunblock, slurpees, water, swimsuits, sandals, and sunglasses are my essentials right now.
We've been spending time at the beach, the pool, and the river. At night we retreat to movie theatres, places with A/C and ice cream.

The house is looking spiffy lately. I feel the need to rearrange the layout of my room...
this weekend the garbage disposal got fixed, the shower curtain rod was fixed, the handle for the toilet in the littel bathroom was fixed, the contractor came and we discussed the fence he is going to build around the front and backyard!


school starts august 30th! Pre-med!!!! :-O!
